I thought I'd mention that I will be helping out a good friend of mine Alicia Peters-Smith as I offer my massage services at her Scrap & Crop Weekend Retreat being held at the Stratford Inn this weekend, April 10th & 11th. I will only be there Sat from 11am - 7pm.

TD Canada Trust , Branch 100 in St. Thomas has been celebrating Employee Appreciation Week, where today I attend their Massage Madness day to offer massage to the staff for the afternoon in student outreach. This was my 1st outreach experience with the school's massage chair! Yes...a little nervous at first to say the least but I found my groove and received some wonderful responses...my favourite is always "aaahhhh"...known as "the sigh of bliss"  by my instructor :0)

My most memorable comment was from one employee who had issues with her shoulder, felt that no one had ever gotten into the muscles so well. (not a direct quote).

It was great to witness the positive effects (and responses) that  a short 10min massage can create! I'm pretty sure it boosted moral & productivity for a least today.

Being my first experience with a massage chair and how little a time it takes to make some one feel revived & refreshed, I definitely look forward to seeking certification in Chair Massage this coming fall!

Thanks to Alicia & the rest of the staff at TD Canada Trust, Branch 100, for allowing me the opportunity to gain experience today ...especially with "chair massage"!

Hi Everyone!

My first post is to let you know about a community event that Elements of Natural Health will be participating in:
Union's Spring Walkabout,
Union United Church,
Sat May 2nd, 9am-2pm.
